The weather was absolutely miserable, but Mum and I managed to brighten the day with a traditional pavlova. Though we weren’t brave enough to make the meringue from scratch (I confess – It’s from Woolies!) I am proud of our effort. Needless to say, it was delicious.
All it takes is a few minutes to whip up the cream with an electric mixer, and then layer loads of your favourite fruit on top. Here we have used kiwi fruit, strawberries, mango and passionfruit.
